Atleast I'm not this chick....

For those that don't know, I'm a die hard boston fan when it comes to hockey, basketball, and baseball( football: SF 49ers), since the beginning of time.  The month of January for the Bruins and Celtics were dismal after piling on injuries after injuries resulting in more losses than wins, for both franchises. And there's really no where but up in the coming months.

Celtics:

In order to solve this little bump in the road we're having, we need to find a way to get " the token white guy" aka Brian " all i do is drop 3's in the corner & play shut down defense" Scalabrine minutes. This man MAKES MOVES, and I'll be damned if he's going to keep making $3.5 Million a year riding the pine.

Another kick ass idea of mine, is how about we close out games in the final minutes. They rely to much on their top shelf defense and forgot that you also need to score points in order to win in this league. Again, I know it's an old team and it's our last go around at glory , it's a marathon not a race, blah blah blah. I'm just saying don't dominate the whole game than shit the bed in the final 30 seconds. Being that the Division is already wrapped up before the all-star break, just pray to god everyone's healthy by the playoffs and  we avoid Atlanta.

Bruins:

The 2010 Winter Classic Champions.......

............ are just not the #1 seed they were a year ago.  Unlike the Celtics they don't have the talent or resources to recover from losing player(s) due to injury. Goals aren't coming as easy as it was for moses, in parting the red sea. Do they miss 36 goal scorer Phil Kessel, who was traded to Toronto? Maybe, but it's obvious they need a sniper who can put the puck in the net. Ilya Kovalchuk is the hottest name out there with 30+ goals so far this season, but we're still weeks away from the trade deadline, or even fathoming trading for a player of that standard.

But the good guys in black and gold, have more than enough talent and swag to back into the playoffs, maybe at best a 6 seed. That is, if they stay healthy and Milan Lucic gets back to beating the shit out of any dude that looks at him.
